Dear Benzi,

Shabbat Shalom! We were able to get into prefab and K-span 2 today to clean and set up although most was already set up from your team. We just set up a few more tables and projector per Paul Winkler’s room build.

We would like to get into K-span 1 on Sunday at 0700 to set up the mic system and make sure it’s ready to go for MPC. Can you please make sure K-span 1 will be open that early on Sunday. Thank you! Enjoy your weekend!

Cool! Is the set up like the room builds that Paul Winkler/Tom Hooper sent to you? I’m here on behalf of EUCOM, and I’m just trying to make sure the room builds are like what they requested. We also bought a mic system (4 mics with mixer, amplifier and speakers I would like to set up in K-Span 1 for the executive table, so the rest of the audience can hear what is being discussed at the front table. Is there any chance we can get into the 3 buildings tomorrow? Thanks buddy, I appreciate your help!

I hope all is well. Im at site 61 with a small team from USAFE helping with set up for MPC. Both Prefab and K-span 1 are locked. Is there anyway we can get inside these two buildings today or tomorrow to clean and set up? Thank you!
