Dear Friends and Colleagues,

 

As we move forward with the planning for next weeks event, I wanted to reach out and give you some situational awareness.

 

As you all know, this session was designed months ago and was planned to be a GO/FO level event. As you heard in our last attaché’ meeting, last week, one of the countries will not attend this year, and some will not be able to attend with General/ Flag Officers.

 

As we anticipated, the participation and attendees are very important, and the absence of some may cause your leadership to consider participation.

 

I want to re-iterate our commitment to the mechanism, and to moving forward, as scheduled for next week with the GO/FO’s and planners that RSVP’d their attendance.

Please let us know ASAP (preferably tomorrow) if this changes your planner and/or leadership participation.
