Good Morning Gentlemen,
Happy Pessach.
As I have mentioned to a few of you during recent talks, the Australian Chief of Joint Operations, Air Marshal Mel Hupfeld, will be visiting Tel Aviv on Monday 27th May 19. He is a Three Star Air Force officer responsible for
all of the Australian Defence Forces’ operational commitments around the world. His headquarters also has a large planning (J5) function.
I would like to seek office calls on the IDF J3 (Maj Gen Haliva), and J5 (Maj Gen Abulafia) on 27th May please.
In preparation for this day I would also like to make a brief introductory call on both the J3 and J5 myself in early May to introduce myself and confirm topics for discussion.
Grateful of you could confirm that both officers will be available on the 27th for a call with Air Marshal Hupfeld.
