1.       EMAIL LIST

 

I waited more than I briefed you back in Cyprus to send you this email. The reason is that it took me more than I thought to have the email list “ready”. As you can see in the excel file, I don´t have any POC from Czech Republic neither France nor New Zealand. I expect to have France POC this week but I don´t have any contact with the other two.

 

The excel file starts with a date. That date will be used to know which version of the file is the most updated one. Please, check your country contact list for any mistakes or any other suggestions.

 

2.       CALLING LETTER

 

Please, find attached the calling letter with all the admin information for the 34^th and the NCG Template file ready to be filled out.

 

3.       34^th NCG PROGRAMME

 

Find also attached the draft programme. As you can see, there are some consular cases open for anyone who might want to give a conference. Canada already reserved one hour to speak about their LIVEX NEO exercise. Bids are open!

 

4.       SILENCE PROCEDURE

 

Last but not least, no full member country broke silence procedure regarding Greece and Romania request to assist 34^th NCG as observers. Therefore, Spain, as host nation for the 34^th NCG meeting, on behalf of the NCG members invites the Hellenic Republic and Romania to assist the 34^th NCG in Madrid as observers.

 

Israel: Last year, Captain Benzi Zimmerman asked me information about 34^th NCG. Right now, I don´t have a formal request from IDF.
