Dear Attache’s, Good Evening.
We are looking forward to next week’s event. Though it is not the ideal setting for this kind of dialogue, we believe that the discussion will be fruitful and insightful.
Due to technical and OPSEC constraints, we will NOT be doing an UNCALSS session with the planners at your home countries. Rather, we will focus on the issues in hand, with you – the attahce’s, and enhancing our readiness for what we like
to call “phase 0”.
We will make special packages for you all to send home all the information needed, so when we will hopefully be able to conduct the full event in Q4 (including a field tour) we will have a solid foundation for discussions.
The agenda for September 10th is as follows:
- 0930-1000: gathering in camp aviv.
- 1000-1030: opening comments and introductions.
- 1030-1115: Strategic Brief
- 1115-1200: Intelligence Brief.
- 1200-1300: lunch break.
- 1300-1430: SOP review
- 1430-1515: ICC Procedures overview
- 1515-1540: WRAP UP.
