Ran,
Good morning. LCDR Peter Fallgatter and CDR Rochleder are scheduled to be at the conference in person, but will have to schedule VTCs with you from the conference location, which means working with the EUCOM folks.
We'll contact them with your preferred VTC scheduled times and work on scheduling some windows once we have more information on the conference. Even though we don't have the schedule yet, we can reach out to our fellow planners to inquire about an advance schedule and VTC locations and times that work with the overall schedule. We should know more soon. Thanks for your patience- we're looking forward to working with you again.

Ian, thank you for your concern, we are doing just fine... we have lots of Covid tests so lots of positives but very few get it bad.... actually, I don't know one person who actually got sick...
Mr. Fletcher & LCDR Fallgatter I am excited about our upcoming cooperation during IPC on the 20-23.7, please review my first email which I sent to Ian yesterday. We have limited schedules and limited conference rooms to make these video calls, sooner we schedule we can enjoy better hours (especially for you guys, I will be there anyway during the whole time, notice the hours I mentioned are IDT, UTC + 3).
Thank you,
Ran.

Ran,
Great to hear from you! We are doing just fine during this COVID time- we have been very lucky. And I hope you and yours are also doing well and making it through this crisis, no worse for wear.
We are assisting with JF this year. Unfortunately, I will be unavailable during the IPC, but I have included Monte Fletcher, whom you met during the JC20 series; as well as LCDR Peter Fallgatter, a fellow exercise planner with me here at the Fleet. Either one or both of these gentlemen will either be attending in person for the conference or will be dialing into the conference sessions if we are not allowed to travel due to COVID restrictions. I'm also including CDR Rochleder, the JC lead and JF lead, for his awareness.
Let's stay connected and we will let you know what our plans are for the week. But certainly we can entertain a VTC schedule set up to talk generally about the exercise- looking forward to working with you again.
Take care.
Ian

Hey there Ian!
How are you? I do hope Covid-19 wasn't too much of a horrible experience for you and your loved ones...
Regarding JF IPC between 20-23.7, we should schedule a VTC when me and my team are in base for IPC.
I think it's best to do so between 11:30-13:00 on the 20th and the 23rd (IDT, UTC +3). If you feel we should schedule another on the 21st-22nd please let me know.
We are limited in VTC rooms so we need to schedule it before we run out...
also afternoon is also unavailable as we all need to be attended to for a general VTC.
Other options:
20th:
10:00 - 11:30
21st:
10:00-11:30
11:30-13:00
22nd:
10:00-11:30
11:30-13:00
23rd:
10:00-11:30
Please let me know when possible.
