Hello Benzi,

As discussed, the attached document further complicates our VISA
requirements.

Can you help us, especially with those who need their VISA to cover two
years (like the lead planners)?

Let me know if I can help.

- Judy

Judy?,

I need help with this. I don't have a preapproved flight at this time. Can
we get Benzi to call the Israeli consulate or generate an official letter
for me.

Very Respectfully,

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Visa request Israel

Good afternoon Mr. Rochleder,

Thank you very much for sending your application package for the Israeli
visa request to our office.

Due to the Covid-19 situation the procedures have changed. Before an
application  can be submitted to the Embassy of Israel, the entry  has to be
pre-approved by Israeli authorities. Therefore the attached document has to
be completed. This document, a copy of the data page of the passports and a
copy of the flight itinerary have to be emailed to the Embassy of Israel
consular4@berlin.mfa.gov.il  before we can submit the applications to the
Embassy. Please  complete the form (please do not forget to have the form
signed and dated at the end of page 2) and return to our office via email.
Please also provide a copy of the booked  flight itinerary. Since the
application package has already arrived at our office, we will email the
missing document to Consular Section of the Embassy of Israel once we have
received it from you. Only after we receive the pre-approval from the
Israeli Ministry the application can be submitted to the Embassy of Israel.

Best regards,
Gabriele
