Hope this email finds you and your family well in that crazy time. 

As we all know  and learned from previous exercises,  the MCC has a crucial role in the success of the exercise. 
We have to discuss,  and it would be better face to face,  real life support,  movements and budget..

I suggest to set the meeting in the 11 October,  we can come to Germany,  after our holidays.
