Man. That stinks. Had I known I would need it I would have snapped a photo of it back in the States. No ability to waive that given the circumstances? I know that must sound cheap, but it’s a 50 dollar PDF... maybe I will see if they will take some form of letter from you simply stating I graduated. Oddly, transcripts seem to not be enough. Thanks.
