Pat, please find attached the signed signature page. It seems to suggest that two originals are required, so I am not sure if this scanned copy will work. If you need two signed originals I can do that and have them sent up to you. If that is the case let me know the delivery address.

Pat, the attachment has only the cover page of the IA. Typically, I would expect to see a signature page.
Ashley, this is the first time I have done this, do you have the necessary account information to transfer the funds to the Israelis? If I am going to start a 30 day clock by signing, then I want to know we are ready to pay out in that timeframe.

Assistant CDA Cdn Embassy Israel (Rock), for her awareness, I have CC'd Ashley Reynolds, from the Canadian Defense Academy, Kingston, who looks after my participation to the INDC 46.
Rock, as per previous course attended by a Canadian in 16-17, the IMOD requires a representative of DND (the Defense Attaché to Israel) to sign the enclosed agreement and have DND provide payment to cover the logistic support I will receive while attending the Israel National Defense College 46, as per enclosed implementing agreement and Annex A (invoice).
Please provide a copy to the Attaché as soon as possible for signature and coord the reimbursement of the identified fees ($50,000 USD). As per the agreement, IMOD requires payment within 30 days of agreement signature.
