Good afternoon gentleman,

My name is LT Tobias Siegal, I am deputy to the Head of the International Cooperation Desk at the Military Colleges, under MAJ Ido Soceanu. I will be accompanying the group during their visit to Israel.

Find attached an updated draft agenda for the visit, according to what I understand you and MAJ Soceanu agreed upon when you met, and more specifically: one day of Military briefings / visits (Sunday), one day with the Military Industries (Monday) and one day of tourism (Tuesday).

Regarding your suggestion for Monday- please note that SIBAT has already prepared a whole day of visiting military industries. We can of course shorten the schedule if you wish to continue to visit the Dead Sea later that day, but note that we won't be able to coordinate or pay for your visit there.

Regarding Tuesday- I updated the draft agenda according to your request. However, please note that according to the IDF protocol, we are obligated to have this high ranking group visit Yad Vashem.

Finally, I would appreciate it of you could send me the following information for our preparation for the visit:

Please feel free to contact me with any question or comment you may have.

Subject: AGENDA COLOMBIA VISIT

Good morning Major Ido,

Thank you very much for all your support and collaboration with the visit of the War School of Colombia.

As you well know in the previous message, an agenda proposal was sent which has some interesting places to visit in order to increase the knowledge of the future Generals of Colombia in the different topics that are handled in a globalized world, on the other hand We Colombians mostly profess the Catholic religion and it is a yearning to know the historical places of our religion.

As for the transport trips contracted by us, we have already consulted with the company that will provide this support and have no problem with the distances, nor with the cities that have been designed to make the visits.

According to your communication you inform us that it is not possible to do it according to the draft agenda we send you, in that case it would be important for us to know the new agenda and be able to make the necessary corrections or make the adjustments according to the following schedule:
