Dear All,
Please find attached an invitation from Multinational Peace Support Operations Training Center (MPSOTC) of Greece, regarding the "Sea-Land Borders Security & Refugees/Arms/Dual-Use Goods Control" Course, that is going to be held in MPSOTC premises, from 15 to 26 October 2018.
The overall purpose of the course is to familiarize Officers, NCOs and Civilians with all aspects of Border Control status, including fight against terrorism, human trafficking, conventional weapons and dual-use goods smuggling across the borders.
In addition, nominees must fulfill the following criteria:
a. Military Personnel between the ranks of OR-3 (Sergeant) to OF-5 (Colonel) (with a general military background experience from national duties)
b. Police Personnel between the ranks of OR-3 to OF-5
c. Civilians and Employees coming from Private Sector
d. Participants from other levels of government (i.e Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defense, Environment and Internal Affairs)
e. Non-native English speakers Students must have the proficiency standards in English, described in STANAG6001 (Listening: Good (3), Speaking: Fair (2), Reading: Good (3), Writing: Fair (2).
The Course will be conducted at a NATO/PfP/MD/ICI Unclassified level. No Security Clearance required.
