The Indian College of Defence Management (CDM) is planning a visit to Israel for a batch of their Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC) officers between 22 - 26 Oct 2018.
The batch will consist of approximately 25 officers (Colonel and equivalent rank) and will be led by a one / two star General.
The last visit of HDMC was in 2015.
Kindly indicate whether in-principle approval can be given for the visit. This will enable CDM to commence their approval process.
Coordination and responsibilities can be handled later.
