In preperation for the Executive Ark meetings we would like to request the following information of all countries -

1) Complete Delegation Information (Name, Rank & Official Title).

2) Complete Passport Info (including Attachés')

2) Food Sensitivities / Special Requests.

3) Hotel Information.

We request to receive all information by tomorrow's meeting at 1000am at Camp Aviv.

Additionally, I would like clarify that the visit activities will begin Monday morning 03 June (Tel Aviv Tourism) followed by a Reception that will take place on Monday night. Scheduled pickup for transportation to the reception is expected for 1730 (exact location for pickup TBD). The final activity is expected for 05 June at 1630.

We expect all delegates back at their hotels by 1800.
