Dear Colonel Cerioni,

Further to our phone conversation earlier today – here is some of the info as requested.

Firstly, there will be no problem to arrange expedited service upon arrival at Ben Guion Intl. Please pass on the flight and passport info of the delegation as soon as available so that we can assure a smooth entry. Please note that we would like to kindly request the Embassy provide transfer from/to the airport, all other transfer throughout the visit will be handled by the IDF.

The Official Dinner will be held on June 3^rd between 1900 – 1930 (TBD). Dress Code for the dinner - Smart Casual (Jacket Optional, No Tie). Location – Tel Aviv (Kriya).

As discussed over the phone, next Wednesday May 22^nd between 1000-1100 we will meet one final time to present a detailed agenda as well as present the Scenarios for the ROC drill.

If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thanks for your email. Firstly, please allow me to introduce myself, I'm SGT Avi Herskowitz and I serve as an NCO in the J-3 International Cooperation Branch.

As to your question - there is no specified hotel, however we would like to request the hotel be close to the Beach front as that would be easiest for the bus pickup every morning.

Additionally, I would greatly appreciate if you can pass on the name of the General Flag Officer expected to participate as soon as you have it (including his CV if possible).

Attached you will find the CV of our General - MG Haliva.

A detailed schedule of the visit will follow.

I’m CDR (N) Finamore, Military Assistant to Rear Admiral (OF-7) Giorgio GOMMA, Commander of the Joint Deployable Command at IT JOHQ.

Due to a national commitment RADM Gomma is unfortunately unable to take part to the Executive Ark sequence, as previously communicated.

The name of a potential Flag Officer will be notified to you in due time by the proper ITA JOHQ dept. (with an additional Staff Officer, eventually).

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
