As we get closer to the beginning of Executive Ark 2019, I would like to pass on additional information to assure all attachés have been thoroughly briefed. 

Attached you will find the updated Agenda - changes are highlighted. 

Transportation to the Dinner on Monday June 3rd is not provided by the IDF as it will take place in the Sheraton hotel's Olive Leaf Restaurant. There will be an IDF representative by the entrance to assure smooth entry. All other transportation during the visit will be arranged as discussed by the IDF. Pickup locations and POC's you will find in the document attached.

Please note - on Tuesday 4 June, there will be no possibility to arrive directly at Sde - Dov AFB. We request all participants to gather at one of the two pickup locations for transportation to Sde Dov. 

Additionally, I would like to remind all attachés regarding materials you may have for the Planners ROC Drill preparation. These materials must be brought on a CD or as a hard copy only. This is to assure a smooth transfer to our networks. 

Finally, we would like to receive the name of your delegation leader who will take part in the more executive panels during the visit. This is especially relevant to countries with no GO's expected (for example - if the most senior ranked officers are two LTC's - whom shall we define as the countries lead).
