As Toby mentioned I'm in the US with the INDC at the moment and so am not available at the same time zone.
In regards to your question, I've sent the letter through the J5 ICU people.
We passed on the information through our attaché in Korea as well.
We were wondering if the Korean armed forces would like to send a COL or an equivalent for other services to study in the next INDC year.
The summer course starts at the 08.07.19-22.08.19 and after that the student starts the INDC year on the 02.09.2019-15.07.2020.
