I understand transportation is taken care of.  Regarding Ester, she can join us for lunch or dinner or any other arrangements that you wish with her.  She is a lovely person, intelligent, and has a lot information about Hong Kong and South East Asia.

Thank for your answer.

The plan looks great.

Regarding the transportation we will have a big bus from the airport to the hotel. We are flying in flight CA117 from Beijing landing 21:05.

I still have to check with Ahuva if someone can meet us in the airport.

The day after we will have a bus for the entire day, it looks like we will need it? and also as I wrote yesterday the hotel conference room, If we will not need the room I will be happy to cancel it  and save some money for Mabal.(it looks like only for the meeting with Ahuva it will be needed)

At around 1800 2 guys which one of them is flying back to Israel in 21:00 will leave us, the rest are staying for the weekend and will join to the dinner.

Regarding Ester Perets, I will check it and will give you an answer soon. I believe meeting her can be beneficial but I am not sure if during lunch time will be OK for it.

Tomorrow I am presenting the plan to the MG Itai Virob.HEAD OF MABAL who is also arriving with us for the visit. If we will have any more questions I will update you.

What about transportation, have you thought about that and what has been done about that.

 

Please find the following tentative program for the 16th May, some already confirmed and some with highlighted in yellow to be confirmed.  However, I will keep you up-to-date as soon as I get response from the different officials we requested to pay a visit.

19:00 - 21:00	Dinner at the Jewish Community Centre with Consul General of Israel and leaders of the Jewish
	Community and Rabbis.

 

Regarding Ester Perets-Burke, Consul, Head of Economic and Trade Mission, it is entirely up to you.  It is possible to invite her as guest speaker at lunch.

First of all I would like to thanks you (both) for your help arranging this day in Hong Kong

I have an update regarding our hotel, we will stay in the Harbour Grand Hong Kong.

During the day we will have a conferance room available in the hotel, including some drinks and light snacks, and also audio system, DVD player and others.

Another thing, I have made contact in the past with Ester Perets-Burke the consul, head of economic and trade mission (hope i was right in the job description) who was willing to come and speak with us and we can arrange that to.
