I plan on having RADM Paparo sign the copy with MG Haliva’s signature today during the VTC, we will then get that copy to EUCOM so MG Howard can sign and then send out to all so we have all 3 signatures on one document.

Can you send me the signed version of the MOU? 

We wanna make sure we have it printed out and ready. 

Doesn’t seem like ECJ3 will be signing before today’s SVTC, and will sign it later on.
