Gents,

We need to go ahead and plan for the JF21 IPC to be virtual. If travel is
approved, great.  If not, at least we will be prepared.

Obviously we can't take up both US Bridges on the combined enclave for 4
days (20-23 July 2020).

I recommend we use the US Bridge #2 for the IPC. With two VTC rooms in the
Bridge, we can break out time slots for syndicate usage.

Below is a recommendation. I'm open to suggestions.  We are going to have to
encourage syndicates to conduct combined VTCs outside of the conference
window.
