Hello CDR Matt Ledridge, 

My name is Elihana, Foreign Relations NCO of the IDF Military Colleges, soldier of Major Matan Or. I am assisting in the preparations of the  USA NDU Delegation from Sunday, April 2nd 2017 to Wednesday, April 5th, 2017.  

As we spoke by phone, we are really looking forward to the NDU Delegation visit at the Israel National Defense College. Please send me or forward a list of the names and ranks of the officials that will be in the Delegation, when possible.

Attached to the e-mail is the tentative schedule of the NDU Delegation we are organizing. 
Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any suggestions or requests to remove or add on to the schedule of the Delegation.
