Great,
Just if I was to attend, it would have to be after the RCCTO delegation left on the 21st (I stand corrected their visit is 13-21 AUG).
Other than that I would have to see what the availability of the AFC Command would be, it is a time when many take leave in the US, but we can work around that.

Good Evening team,
Do you have some potential dates you are looking to have the BG travel to
the US?
Just for your Situational Awareness, the Head of MAFAT might be traveling
back (me with him) on or about 1-8 AUG
MAFAT/SIBAT (and Us) are Hosting the RCCTO and JCO here on or about 13-18
AUG.
If my notes were correct I think you mentioned it might be 15-20 AUG?
AS for my recommendation for a trip.
I would recommend you travel to AFC HQ in Austin, meet with the CG or DCG,
have the AI Task Force / TM Ignite meet you in Austin. While in Austin
visit the Army Applications Lab and/or one of the research centers at UT or
Texas A&M. then flight to the Pentagon for whatever meetings you might have
there. While there drive to ARL (Army research Lab) in Adelphi, MD, and
continue to Aberdeen Proving Grounds MD. Met with the DEVCOM CG/DtCG and
then visit one of centers there (C5ISR / ARL). If you have time, travel to
Boston, MA to meet with the DUI / Natick or Picatinny NJ and see the Center
there.
I think that would be a good start. Jamie, your thoughts?
