Hey guys, 

Just wanted to check in. My DATT team in DC is working with the front offices in Austin, but i think we need to make sure were coordinated. 

Plan is right now - 

Fly out on Saturday night and land in AUSTIN on the 15AUG. 

16aug - Meetings at HQ (need your recommendation). 

17 Aug - meetings at HQ and maybe A&M (can you guys organize and coordinate this for us? We have zero POC’s over there). 

Depart to D.C late on the 17th

18-19Aug - meetings in the DC + Maryland area (ARMY + JS). 

Can you guys advise on AFC availability and any inputs you may have. 

We are working on a white paper that will specify the main focus areas we want to talk on this trip: 

- horizon scan 

- Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning 

- Autonomous robotics 

- Digital transformation in the battlefield 

- Organizational transformation

- Standoff/stand in (SOI)

- Project Convergence.
