Subject: Permission for travel Indian Officer

Dear Sir,

As you are well aware of the present circumstances on restrictions on international travel due to Covid-19. In view of this, I am writing this mail to you to seek your permission to facilitate travel to India by the Indian Officer and his family in the INDC by your aircraft that is planned to go to India later this month. The aircraft is being arranged to take a team of DDR&D delegation to India for carrying out some tasks related to Covid testing. As per information available with the Embassy of India, the flight is scheduled on 19 Jul 20, and the aircraft is a Military Flight of the Israel Air Force.

Cmde Nitin Kapoor is presently undergoing the NDC course in Israel and the course will get over on 15 Jul. Thus the schedule of the planned flight is ideally suited for Cmde Nitin Kapoor to be repatriated back to India. Given the prevailing conditions, there is no way of predicting how long would it be before any commercial flight is planned for India, and there is every possibility that Cmde Kappor's stay gets unduly prolonged if he were not able to avail this opportunity. Cmde Nitin Kapoor will be accompanied by his wife Mrs Shilpa Kapoor and their son Mr. Rayaan Kapoor.

Similarly, Brig Mohit Trivedi has been nominated for the INDC class of 2020-21, and I would again request your consideration to facilitate his travel to Israel on the same aircraft on its return Leg. I will be greatly obliged if you could assist us with this.
