Good afternoon sir,
Once again sorry that we were not able to be in attendance. I know Lt Gen
Basham was very upset by not being able to go. Hopefully the ceremony went
well regardless.
As discussed, Lt Gen Basham still wants to attend. We were looking at flying
to Tel Aviv on 27 August, on 28 August do the Awards presentation and Office
Calls with DCHOD, IAF CDR, IAD CDR, and BG Gavish, potentially dinner this
evening, then we will depart on the 29th. Would like to know how that looks
and works for your schedules as a make up date. If all looks possible, I
will start working with the embassy and CENTCOM for approvals.
If you have a CENTCOM POC that I could reach out to that would be greatly
appreciated. Want to make sure all parties are in the know.
Lastly, Lt Gen Basham signed a letter that he would like to send. Could you
please send me the best mailing address to get this into the appropriate
hands. This is the speech that I sent to Amit, but is not signed on his
official stationary.
