     Thanks for capturing the request below, this was very helpful for my engagement with the schedulers.  Gen Hyten’s schedule is not able to support a meeting on 15 June, but he would be delighted to host MG and Mrs. Halevy for a dinner that evening if you are able to shift plans.  Can you please confirm, and let me know if there are any evening constraints on MG Halevy’s itinerary (other than the early flight the next morning)?

 

     I have attached biographies for Gen and Mrs. Hyten.  Do you have biographies available for MG and Mrs. Halevy that I can provide to the VCJCS front office?

Hello all,

 

I know we have a lot of visits (and our MinDef next week), but it is important to me to get this visit rolling too,

 

Our requests are the following:

 

Tuesday June 15^th –

·         Meeting with the Vise Chairman

·         Meeting with ASD for international matters. ( Dr Karlin)

·         POSSIBLE meeting with the USDP – please don’t process it yet. (our current DCHOD did meet with the USDP on his past visit)

·         Jeff – do you think the vise would want to do dinner together? I do have plans that I can change if so.

 

Wednesday June 16^th – TAMPA , suggested itinerary :

·         We will fly probably at 0700 to Tampa via COMAIR and land at 0915

·         Office call with the DCOM.

·         Roundtable with the Js / DJs

·         Lunch

·         A tour in the internationals liaison officers compound

·         Tentatively  1300/1400 Move to SOCOM, Office-call with the DCOM, roundtable/J5 meeting – we are open to suggestions

Leaving MacDill at 1645 to get on the 1820 flight back to DC
