Matan —can you please let me know what time Mickey plans to arrive, the full list of guests that I can provide to our building security, and if he will
have armed security? Thank you kindly,
Rachel

Hi Ido,
Thanks for your patience. An 8:30 start is ok but you should have breakfast beforehand. Micky Edelstein can speak to the group from 11-11:45
in the same room. Can you please let me know what time
Mickey plans to arrive, if he is bringing anyone with him, and if he will have armed security?
In terms of lunch, this is an active office building and unfortunately the room is only available until noon. We can provide boxed lunches
for you to take with or we can start lunch at 10:30 before
the final talk. Please let me know your preference as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
Rachel

Re: Meeting with INDC
Good evening,
I hope this email finds you well, also wanted to mention how great it is to work with you.
In regards to the security I've Cc'd our head of security Eron and he will be able to answer any questions
regarding this. In general there should be only one weapon.
On a different topic, our embassy asked us if it would be possible to start an hour earlier (08:30) and
have the Defense Attaché (MG Micky Edelstein) give the final talk from 11:00-11:45 (before lunch).
Would that be a possibility?
Thank you very much again for the help and I'm looking forward to seeing you very soon.

Hi Ido,
Thanks for the update and we are delighted to meet with the INDC group next month. We will have an early lunch as a part of your visit. The lunch will be kosher and I saw on the attendee list that there are 4 vegetarians and 1 vegan.
Thank you,

Hey Rachel,
I hope this email finds you well,
I've attached the list of INDC participants for the visit, the last two are security personal.
In regards to the timeframe, we were hoping of meeting from 09:30-12:00 and having lunch as part of the visit (if possible of course).
Upon our meeting with your Israeli counterparts we were hoping to have Ed miller speak with the group about the AIPAC-Congress relationship, and possibly have a panal with Mark Waldman and Adam Teitelbum about the Jewish communities and campus challenges.
All suggestions of course.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can assist you with,

Subject: INDC visit to the US
Good evening,
My name is MAJ Ido Soceanu and I'm the head of the International Fellowship and Cooperation Desk at the Israel National Defense College (INDC). Along with COL Alon Madanes (whom you spoke with) and Ambassador Raphael Schutz we are heading the INDC tour to the United states on June this year.
the INDC serves as the top training program for senior officials in the State of Israel. The course participants are comprised of high ranking officials from the public and defense sectors of Israel, including senior military officials from the IDF as well as International officers. The course itself focuses on national defense and stratigic studies and takes up one year.
As part of the course the students fly to the US in order to learn about the various concepts of national defense as seen through American eyes (and in relations to Israel as well). Part of this visit and learning experience is the Jewish diaspora, we see it as a crucial part of the Israeli fabric and concept of national defense to understand the American Jewish community.
In previous years the INDC has met with senior members of AIPAC during their tour of DC and we would like to request to do it once more. We wish to have the students learn about the organization and how it works with congress, the Jewish commuity and the state of Israel in order to advance its goals.
We were hoping to meet on the 19th of June in the morning.
Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to assist,
V/R
