 Hey Sir, 

I had a sit down with BG Niv today. 
The purpose of the meeting with you is to initiate some sort of potential cooperation between the IDF and AFC on the GHQ level. 

We would like to do a two-three day trip to AFC in august (the week of 15 Aug works best here). 

Can you check if these dates work potentially? 

In the meeting we would love to discuss the various avenues of interest for cooperation. And to hear from you what AFC is focusing on. 
Especially we would like to discuss AI, robotics, SOI, MDO and etc.
