Hope all is well.

I have passed on the participants' information as required (for entry permissions to bases, name places, etc.).

The following further details of each participant have been requested as well:

- Rank
- Current position (student/staff/commander...)
- Dietary restrictions
- Security clearance (VR).
Please note that we are applying for clearance to hold top secret briefings. However, if not everyone has that kind of clearance, than we will opt for briefings classified as secret.

Maj Gals,
   My name is Derek Rachel. I am a student in Air War College. A team of students, to include myself, are planning an official visit to Israel from 7-12 March.

   I got your name from Col DeStazio (US Air Attaché). He said you might be able to assist me with setting up a tour guide. Currently, I am working with Mr. Michael Fuchs with Okafim Travel and Tours in Haifa. While his costs and services seem appropriate for our group, I wanted to see if you had a preferred tour operator that I could contact to get a quote.

   There will be 17 total students and staff on the trip. If desired, I can send the draft itinerary for you to review and make recommendations. Otherwise, I would happily accept any suggestions you have for tour guides.
