Copy re the SOC. Will it be ok if D1 goes over the main items of the SOC, understanding it will be signed later one?

I saw the draft SOC on SEAGULL, not staffed/coordinated at 0-6/1*/2* level so don’t see that we put that in front of DCOM until we do and clearly cannot get there before WED morning TAMPA time.
