My name is Mr. Matan Or, I work for the Government of Israel. Mr. Shmuel Ben-Ezra's trip to the US was on behalf of the Government of Israel. Therefore, his medical insurance is the government medical insurance, and 'Inbal' company manages it. Mr. Ben-Ezra Submitted all the relevant forms immediately upon completion of the tour, and 'Inbal' received them and confirmed that it would continue the treatment, for some reason, 'Inbal' has not yet arranged the payment. I have send them an email this morning for an urgent request to settle the issue of payment as quickly as possible. I will keep you informed as ASAP.
