Given a 10:00 land time I would assume 2.5 hours to get to the VCC. Lt Col Potter will pass you better contact info for him so you can firm up the arrival time.

Unfortunately they have to be positively controlled so we will have someone meet you at the Desk when you check in. Please just keep us in the loop on when you will arrive. Yes, I believe that you will need to get the permits from the Main VCC on the West Side of base before checking in. Again we should have someone to meet you there.
