My name is William Owen. I am an Israeli living in Israel. I do an extensive amount of work and advice for the British Army and have been involved in force and doctrine development, which included the use of wargaming and simulation in the work I have done. I am travelling to England tomorrow for a Wargame and Simulation conference in London.
