I have been in contact with Benzi (cc’d) who is the lead back in the IDF for organising a visit to 77X and a VTC in the meantime.  They would like a VTC with the Comd (but I understand this will probably be Jamie).  The preference is for a secure VTC (which would require you coming to MOD), but if that cant be arranged, then perhaps a skype call.

 

Feel free to liaise direct with Benzi, although there is some interest here given that CDS is visiting in a few weeks’ time so grateful if you can keep me updated.

Hi Josh,

 

I have been told by COS 77X to reach out to you re organising a meeting with the IDF. I sat in on the visit to 77X by Brig Gen Erez Maisel’s delegation on 18th Feb. The Israelis mentioned that Col Avi Noar (not sure if I’ve got the name exactly right) was their info manoeuvre person whom I should meet with, I think he is based in the UK. Would you able to connect me with him? Jamie said he’ll be back in MB when he’s rearranged the VTC with the Israelis.
