The service and logistics at the airport for a private/state flight is handled by QAS. A quick phone call with them, assured me that the delegation is welcomed on a VIP track and that IDF is invited to contact them in order to coordinate an official welcome.

(Allow me to write you in English in order to let Capt Zimmerman, J3-IDF to read us)

 

There is a need of coordination between civilian and military services at the airport, in order to welcome the Swiss delegation (Lt General Schellenberg) on Monday 18 March 1530.

 

Capt Zimmerman will facilitate this coordination. For this purpose, he needs the name and coordinates of the person of contact you have had at Ben Gurion Airport for our Swiss Air Forces Flight planning.
