Good morning.  Thank you for sending the ID info for your staff, I'll start
working all the visit requests from here.  I know you'll be with us the
previous week, just want to confirm whether you'll be part of this visit as
well.  If so, I'll need your ID information as well.

On a different topic, we wanted to confirm with you where we stood on next
J-3s VTC.  Its been a few weeks since the last one and the schedule is very
compressed this week.  Please advise if there are any good windows this week
and possible agenda items (you can send those to my SEAGULL).
