Good morning. I'm working some logistics details for your upcoming visit.
I know that you might not have all the names figured out just yet, but can
you please provide the following info that we'll need for base, conference
room, and various tour requests.

- Full name (Last, First, Middle)
- Rank
- Position/Title
- Passport Number/Expiration
- Date of Birth
- Any other unique info (Kosher requirements, food allergies, etc) that
could help us with dinner plans
- Any bios you can provide for our leadership, I'll be happy to return the
favor.

As this deals with Personal ID information, please feel free to send to my
SEAGULL account (jeremy.braun@us.seagull.cmil.mil). I need to get these
requests in by the end of this week. Right now I'm tracking a gift exchange
between the J-3s, but if you believe any other reps plan to give gifts, can
you please give us a heads up. Looking forward to it !
