This morning I spoke to CJTF 633 (AVM Iervasi) regarding the challenges his visit dates present, including: imminent establishment of a resident DA; my limited awareness of the IDF and IMOD; MFO Force Comd’s absence until late Apr; Netherlands Chief of Army visit to UNTSO on the same day; difficulty securing UNDOF permission to visit etc, etc. He has decided to postpone the visit to late April or May. Once we have a new set of dates I will let know, hopefully in enough time to secure meetings with the senior IDF / IMOD staff the AVM wishes to visit.

Pls accept my sincere apologies for this late notice change. I appreciate all the work you have already put into this visit program; hopefully it will place us in good stead later in the year.
