I hope you have been well since we last spoke.

We are coming down the home stretch regarding the visit by the IDF officers to BSCO/TURN on June 11^th.

The delegation will be leaving next week to visit New York City and Washington before coming to Chicago, so we would like to flesh out the program at CPD headquarters as soon as possible so they can distribute information to the delegation.

If you could please send an agenda for the program on June 11^th, including the topics we have discussed, who will address them and the bios of the presenters and panelists, at your earliest convenience (hopefully by Friday since it is a holiday weekend, but next Tuesday at latest), we would greatly appreciate it.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

By the way, the food has been ordered from a kosher caterer and will be distributed on the bus. They will eat at the conference room on the lower level of your building. I am not sure if beverages were included in the food order, but Lt. Col. Or is copied on this e-mail and will let me know if you need to furnish any beverages. If so, you will be reimbursed.

Regarding your questions:

1) Our program at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs will end by 11 am on June 11^th. Mr. Young should plan to meet us outside the CCGA- 130 East Randolph at that time.

I would appreciate it if you could send a photo ID of Mr. Young so that we can recognize him. Drivers license or passport works.

2) I would expect that we will have beverages with our lunches. No need to worry about that.

3) Regarding the itinerary, looks great. Any idea at this point who will be on the panel?

4) We will need to depart for CPD headquarters by no later than 2 pm.
