Good evening sir,

attached is an updated draft version of the itinerary per your request, again it is complitly amandable to suit the groups needs.
in regardes to Thursday, we can do a regional tour (Gaza / Southern command), a COGAT orianted day or an MFA orianted day (note that we added an MFA brief on Tuesday).
please let me know which of the options would the group prefer and we will have a schedule drawn up for that day by the end of work tomorrow.

In planning the scheduled we looked at the DIME model and tried to address all of it's aspects. please let me know if this was what you had in mind as well.

I'm available to answer any questions you may have,

Ido,

This email worked and I have the “limited” itinerary that it included.  However, this plan is insufficient to meet their needs/expectations.  I need you to modify the Sunday program because they are not arriving until the afternoon and they will be wiped out.  As far as the rest of the week, we need more military touches and potentially an MFA/GOI engagement on one of those days.  I spoke with Lt Col Hecht this morning and he said that the IAF would be willing to do a panel one of those days to brief them on the missions, capes and force buildup of the IAF.  Please look at this program again and try to flush out a better program to include events on Thursday with the IDF.  I would prefer to have the Embassy piece of the program earlier in the week, Monday/Tuesday (half of a day) and then we’ll take care of the tourism and cultural pieces on Friday/Saturday while you are on your weekend.

In addition, about 3-4 weeks after this visit we will have the Army and National War colleges arriving which will look for similar programs.  I have included the two POCs from the DAO on this email.

Thanks.

Good morning sir,

Attached is the proposed schedule, as you can see it's a draft scheduled and can be altered to suit the needs of the group.

Please confirm receiving this mail (I'm sending it from a different computer hopefully this will make the change)
