Article 5.3 – 5.4, requires that the Liaison Officer will be familiar with the applicable law, regulation, IP rights, internal procedures, security laws and etc. Therefore we would appreciate adding language
to the effect that the Host Party will ensure that the Parent Party or the Liaison Officer is made adequately aware of such laws and regulations by providing us with the relevant documents or by instructing the officer in related to those matters.
Article 8.3, requires that in case of claims related to motor vehicle, the applicant`s first recourse will be against the insurance company. Unfortunately we cannot fully commit to this provision, as IMOD do
not have authority regarding the officer`s dependents.
