I understand there is desire to conduct a SEAGULL VTC between our two principals either Tues or Wed?  I’d like to offer up the following time blocks for potential options:

 

Tues, 27 Apr:

Between 0900 and 1100 EDT / 1600-1800 Tel Aviv

 

Wed, 28 Apr:

Anything after 1200 EDT/2000 Tel Aviv

 

Times outside of that are difficult but not impossible, so let me know what you need. We absolutely cannot do 0930-1130 EDT on Wed though due to SecDef level meetings.
