announces the Change of Command at which VADM Samuel Paparo, be relieved by
VADM  Charles Cooper II, on Sunday, April 25th, 2021 at 8:30 PM (GMT +3).
Due to ongoing impacts, the ceremony will be limited to a small number of in
person guests.
