Enclosed an analysis of a policy paper that was written in Hebrew. Due to time limitations, the translation is not perfect – please excuse and understand. The analysis goes through the paper and describes its content so you can understand the main points even without reading the paper itself. Moreover, the analysis suggests many ideas of how to improve the paper and so you can understand what is missing there and how it should be done.
