Subject : Delegation from Indian Army War College

Dear Ido,

The Indian Army War College is planning a visit to Israel for a batch of their Higher Command Course (HCC) officers from 24 - 28 Sep 2019.

The batch will consist of approximately 18 to 20 officers (Colonel and equivalent rank) and will be led by a one / two star General.

Kindly indicate whether in-principle approval can be given for the visit. This will enable the Army War College to commence their approval process.

Necessary coordination and other aspects can be discussed subsequently.
