I expect that Col Oler and company will reach out soon, but here are a couple of my initial thoughts:
-Are you providing an escort throughout?
-The Israel Democracy Institute: looked them up online, but what is the goal of that visit?
-Realize you have a change of command, but is there an opportunity to meet at/with INDC?
-I think we should plan for the tram up and down Masada… their knees might not all make it. Along with that, since it is a Friday and assuming there is an escort,
we have no requirement for them that day. I think the group will also stop by the Dead Sea for a swim, so that will prolong that day and we don’t need to impact one of your schedules.
