Good afternoon sir,

I apologize as well, we too have had a busy couple of weeks.

Thank you very much for the useful links and info, I'll be sure to pass it on to the NCO School staff.

Next week I intend to meet with LTC Noyman and go over the summary and conclusions of the visit.

Hopefully we can then start planning a joint exercise or activity.

Have a great weekend.

Sir,

I did not want you to think I have forgotten about you.  Thank you again very much for taking the time last month to teach me about the NCO and Warrant’s Course.

I am still trying to get a consolidated product on Enlisted Development that I can send you concerning our AF development path.  Of particular note, I wanted to highlight our Airman Leadership School, NCO Academy, and AF Senior NCO Academy.  Basic information on these can be found under the Academics Tab at the below link.  You will also find there information on our Chief Leadership Course, PME Instructor Course (that’s where we Train the Trainers), and the First Sergeant Academy.

https://www.airuniversity.af.edu/Barnes/

In addition, you and your cadre of instructors may be interested in reviewing our Profession of Arms Center of Excellence (PACE) at the link below.  PACE is a resource that leaders in the field can use to bring continuing leadership development tools into the workplace either digitally or through teams of instructors.  Leaders throughout the AF use these tools to promote consistent growth throughout an Airman’s career.

I will try to get you a better presentation of our continuum of leadership development.  I look forward to continuing to engage and work with your Enlisted Corps.

Thank you again!

Chief A.

Thank you sir.

The address for the base is 1 Aharon Yariv Avenue (Sderot Aharon Yariv 1 on Waze), Ramat HaSharon.

Notice that there are two complexes on this road. You need to turn to Camp Dayan which is where the Military Colleges are located.

It's the base closer to road 5.

If you're using WhatsApp you could send me your number and I'll send you an exact location on Waze (you can only find it in Hebrew for the moment)

If you have any questions I'm available on 050-216-2611

Good evening,

Yes, Wednesday, February 20th works great.

Could you possibly send over your passport number / some kind of ID and the license plate of the vehicle you'll be arriving in?

We need the information for your entry permit to the base.

V/R,

Tobias

Dear CMSgt ARCURI,

Will you be available some day next week between 10:30-12:00 for a visit at the NCO School at the IDF Military Colleges?

If so, I'll arrange a meeting with commander of the NCO School, LTC Ohad Noyman so we can discuss a path forward.

Good morning sir,.

I apologize for the late response, we were out of the office last week.

I am waiting for my POC at the NCO School to give me available dates for them to meet and discuss our way forward. I will let you know as soon as I have concrete options.

I will mention that from several talks with the school commander, our goal is to arrange a panel or discussion groups with both American and Israeli NCO's,

on a chosen topic or with guiding questions, mainly focusing on the differences and similarities in NCO training, responsibilities and challenges in both systems.

Have a great day.

Sir,

Thank you very much for the invitation to visit your NCO school.  I would be very happy to work with you on a professional development exchange with INDC.  As NCOs, we are very excited for the opportunity to meet and learn from our Israeli counterparts.  Would you like to meet next week to discuss a path forward?

Thank you,

Chief Master Sergeant Arcuri

Tobias,

Thank you for the email.  I’ve CC’d our senior ranking NCO, Chief Master Sergeant Arcuri, and I’m sure he will be interested in arranging a professional development exchange with INDC.   I’ll give him the details that I know and the background on the School since he is relatively new, but we have a good variety of Senior NCOs from our different Services that would be happy to meet their Israeli counterparts.

Respectfully,

Dear sir,

My name is Tobias, I'm deputy to MAJ Soceanu, Head of the Foreign Affairs Desk at the IDF Military Colleges.

We spoke yesterday.

We would like to arrange a visit of American Master Sergeants at our NCO School for a meeting and panel discussion with their Israeli counterparts on professional training in the military and the different roles the NCO and Warrant Officer assume.

Please let us know what you think.
