Betreff: Questions regarding Course Participants HARRER and HAFFNER

Dear Ido,

Hope all is well (/and your email is working. Ours was down for days…). We have a question about the upcoming INDC Course. As you know, we have two (2) Officers registered for the course. One is LTC Klaus HARRER, who will attend the course until the 30^th of July and will then move on to study at MABAL on the Intl. Fellows Program. The other Officer is COL Klaus Jürgen HAFFNER, who will attend the summer course and then take over as new Defense Attaché here at the Embassy.

LTC Harrer has already started a fairly regular mail exchange with the INDC. However, COL Haffner has not received anything and now we begin to wonder if you have both of them on your watch list? When will COL Haffner receive the first information on the course? Also, please note that the summer course should actually start on the 2^nd of July and not on the 3^rd as was initially referred to us as starting date.
