Subject : Re: Adjustments in Marine War College visit

Good afternoon sir,

Your changes have been noted and the schedule updated. Regarding Yad Vashem on Monday, the 21st, it's not a problem, but the latest
hour we can schedule a visit is 15:00, so let us know what works for you and we'll change the order.

Reagrding our day in southern Israel - at the moment we haven't received any limitations due to security concerns, but will update you of course of such arise.

I'll have to check about the dinner and gift exchanges and will get back to you.

Ido,

Back in Israel, hope everything is going well with y’all.

Appreciate sending the schedule for later this month; here are the proposed changes on our end.

22 May – cancel joint PT event.  Concerns here about availability of showers, need to bring change of clothes, etc.  Shared breakfast will be a good fit though.

25 May – Our group will be departing early on the 25th; we will move the Jerusalem tour to the late morning  on the 21st.  Any concerns with Yad VaShem visit on Monday afternoon?

Our group will bring camouflage uniforms but will plan to be in civilian attire for the majority of the visit.

Questions:

-          Any plans on official dinners?  No strong feelings here, just want to make sure we weren’t missing anything

-          Trip to Gaza vicinity is of great interest, any updated security concerns in light of recent events?

-          Any thoughts on gift exchanges?  How many, if any, should the group bring out?
