In preparation of the INDC visit to India, we are currently working on preparing all of the materials necessary for the visa application. 

Per the recommendation of Air Commodore Hardeep Bains, and upon our previous conversation on the matter. I have filled out a request for a gratis visa for the group. 

Please let me know if this request is sufficient. I have the Israeli ambassay in Mumbai prepare a similar note and one will also be delivered by the American and Italian ambassays respectively for their students.
